The redevelopment of the building at Via Meravigli 12/14, owned by Antirion SGR S.p.A., involved a complete renovation of the interior spaces, both architecturally and in terms of installations, in order to reorganise the spaces organically and improve energy efficiency.

The many diverse workspaces were adapted to the requirements of the new tenants in line with the latest technological and finish standards for office buildings.

The unique and significant architectural language expressed by the façades was successfully preserved without substantial changes to the overall aesthetics of the structure. Instead, they were enhanced thanks to extensive cleaning of all components, including a complete overhaul of the exterior windows and doors. The building, home to the new Ernst & Young headquarters, has achieved the LEED Gold sustainability certification.
