We operate through a team of certified experts to conceive, design and control the creation and management of high-performance, safe, reliable and efficient Mission Critical Infrastructures.

We provide professional, specialist and innovative services for the integrated and multidisciplinary design, construction, management and maintenance phases, carrying out due diligence, assessment and audit activities to adapt, optimise and improve the reliability and global capabilities of Data Centres. We provide integrated design services in BIM, Construction Management, Works Management, Operational Management and Safety Coordination in the design and execution phase, project management services, contract administrator, project control and design management for the design and construction phases.

We also provide strategic consultancy services, Facility & Operation management and innovative services for the digitalisation of Operation & Maintenance processes as well as specialist consultancy services with the common objective of improving the efficiency, resilience and reliability of the designed Data Centers:

• certification processes and verify compliance with international industry standards (TIA-942, BICSI-002, TUI -The Uptime Institute-, EU Code of Conduct, ISO 27001, ISO 20000) and environmental standards (LEED and ESG)
• analyse the infrastructure (Gap Analysis) in order to evaluate the level of reliability and propose adaptation interventions in order to increase the level of resilience and redundancy of the MEP plant works,
• improve energy efficiency in order to guarantee the reduction of O&M costs through the analysis of consumption and the calculation of PUE/DCiE, kgCO2/m2/pa,
• optimise the internal layout with the aim of increasing IT capacity through optimised management of spaces, energy consumption and cooling systems, 
• create digital integration and Digital Twin (BIM based) IT solutions to optimise O&M phases, configure and customise
