For over 25 years, we have been providing design services for technological and fire safety systems serving road and motorway infrastructures
Our activities and capabilities are expressed through the combination of the know-how and experience gained in the design and provision of engineering services with the most advanced digital technologies.
The multidisciplinary work teams are able to support customers in the design of all the technological systems accompanying the infrastructures, particularly specialising in the underground plant engineering sector, also serving excavation activities, and the definitive tunnel installations including the electrical transformation and distribution systems, lighting systems, mechanical ventilation and fire safety systems, special and supervision systems and data transmission networks.
We also provide construction management services, construction management assistance, high level surveillance on construction sites, safety management during the design and execution phases.

Road and tunnel safety
As part of the provision of design services, over time we have specialised in the development of innovative solutions to increase the safety levels of roads and tunnels. Amongst the main and innovative solutions designed are automatic fire mitigation and extinguishing systems for tunnels (deluge and water-mist systems with also the use of foam systems); systems for detecting traffic, fires and dangerous/anomalous events, also with the aid of AID equipment and technology, including the control and management of transits with dangerous goods; systems for preventive monitoring of the levels of degradation of tunnel technological systems; the algorithms and automatic procedures for the control and management of tunnel safety systems including the development of fluid dynamic simulations of fire events (FSE) and live fire tests; the risk analysis pursuant to Legislative Decree 264/2006 and the development of emergency management plans as well as innovative support solutions for the management of tunnel rescue phases (radar, dynamic signalling systems, evac systems, etc.).
Work Supervision
We provide highly specialist engineering services for the management of the construction and maintenance phases of the technological systems of even complex road infrastructures (road/motorway sections, tunnels, technical buildings, control centres), including: Works Management and Operational Management of Plants, Value Engineering, Construction Management, organisation and management of technical-functional tests and commissioning activities in general, technical support to the RUP or Works Director for material approval (including the analysis and management of variants in progress), coordination of safety during execution (CSE) and support for the control and management of safety in construction site operations.
We are a collective supporting member of the Società Italiana Gallerie (SIG), a technical and scientific association that takes care of the promotion, coordination and dissemination of studies and research in the field and art of planning and construction of tunnels and large underground works. Since 2023, we have been included in the Tunnel&Tunnelling Buyer's Guide, an international reference guide for economic operators in the sector dedicated to construction engineering and underground infrastructure.
