Services, Consultancy and Innovation
We provide professional, specialized and innovative services for the integrated and multidisciplinary design phases, we carry out assessment and audit activities to adapt, optimise and improve the reliability and global capabilities of Edge Datacentres. We deal with integrated design in BIM, Construction Management, Works Management, Operational Management and Safety Coordination in the design and execution phase, project management services, contract administrator, project control and design management for the design and construction phases.
We also provide strategic consultancy services, Facility & Operation management and innovative services for the digitalisation of Operation & Maintenance processes as well as specialist consultancy services with the common objective of improving the efficiency, resilience and reliability of the designed Data Centres:
- certification and verification of compliance with international industry standards (TIA-942, BICSI-002, TUI -The Uptime Institute-, EU Code of Conduct, ISO 27001, ISO 20000) and environmental standards (LEED and ESG);
- analysis of the infrastructure (Gap Analysis) in order to assess the level of reliability and propose adaptation interventions in order to increase the level of resilience and redundancy of the MEP plant works;
- study on energy efficiency in order to guarantee the reduction of Operation & Maintenance costs through the analysis of consumption and the calculation of PUE/DCiE, kgCO2/m2/pa;
- optimisation of the internal layout with the aim of increasing IT capacity through optimised management of spaces, energy consumption and cooling systems;
- IT digital integration and Digital Twin (BIM based) solutions to optimise the Operation & Maintenance phases and DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) solutions.
We also adopt digital solutions that allow us to manage all the life phases (conception and design, construction, management and maintenance) of the infrastructures in an optimised and advanced manner.
