The project, launched by a refit company operating in the port of Olbia, involves the acquisition of new land and sea areas for the construction of buildings and wharves for the various services provided to the nautical sector, in particular for yachts and superyachts.

The project is structured in phases as follows:

PHASE 1

• the construction of buildings to enhance refitting;
• the realisation of hangars for yachts and superyachts;
• the building of accommodation facilities for crews;
• the creation of commercial premises for brands operating in the sector.

PHASE 2

• the construction of buildings for the production of fibreglass;
• the realisation of premises for manufacturing one of the fastest boats in the world.

PHASE 3

• the development of berths dedicated to luxury yachts
• the construction of a yard to install one of the largest Syncrolifts of the Mediterranean.
