Thanks to the modules provided by the SINFONIST platform, it has been possible to configure an environment for our Client Fastweb in which it is possible to manage the entire process of digitising field inspections, including the management of non-conformities, in relation to the Safety Coordination Services.

Using a single platform, the flexibility of the product has allowed the configuration of survey processes for very different projects. The environment can be configured from the graphical interface.

In this way, for example, Safety Coordinators in the Execution Phase (in Italy, Coordinatori della Sicurezza in fase di Esecuzione - CSE) had the opportunity, through the web and mobile version of Sinfonist, to highlight any non-conformities or criticalities in the field and initiate corrective actions against contractors.

More specifically, we performed the following activities:

• the digitisation, exclusively by graphical interface, of all the questionnaires to be completed by the various partners involved in specific projects.
• photographic and documentary management associated with each audit
• management of price lists and framework agreements towards Companies and the digitisation of the quotation process and finalisation of activities.
• the registration of all the technological elements of the Client that are subject to verification.
• a mobile App to support field audits and manage non-conformities with greater efficiency and flexibility.
