DBA PRO. S.p.A. has verticalized its project management platform called DBA Project+ for Vodafone Italy.

The scope of the project was to provide the ND and Engineering Departments with a single tool designed to "orchestrate" and digitise all FTTx, Access Network and Transmission Network projects.

More specifically, we provided the following services:

• the digitisation of all FTTx processes managed by Vodafone's ND Department
• photographic and document management, including approval flows
• accounting and materials management
• registration of all the technological elements of the Client

Project highlights and key factors:

• the implementation of the FTTC project with end-to-end management of close to 30,000 cabinets
• the deployment of the FTTE project with the complete management of fibre activations for all Enterprise customers
• the implementation of the FTTN project
• the process control for the digitisation of the entire access and transmission network management procedure.
• accounting and materials management.

One tool made available to:

• the internal customer departments (ND, Engineering, FNO-TX...)
• the System Integrator
• the vendor

This tool can be integrated with the Vodafone corporate accounting and planning systems.
