For the execution of the project, we performed the following activities:

• the digitisation of the entire construction process as part of the FTTH network development
• the management of the documentary accounts linked to each construction site on the national territory
• the management of price lists and framework agreements towards Companies
• the digitisation of the quotation process and finalisation of activities.

Thanks to the collaborative design of the software platform, it was possible to survey all the Municipalities and routes distributed across the country within the FTTH project to digitise the construction processes, namely the management of:

• documentation processes required to secure excavation permits. Specifically, the entire management work flow of the permitting process was implemented, including document processing for all the exchange of information related to authorisation procedures.
• document work flows associated with the applications for subcontracting authorisations submitted by contracting companies to the awarding authority
• economic accounting processes with the automatic and direct creation of authorisation documents for invoice processing performed directly from the portal. This functionality fully automates the process of issuing invoices to companies.

The accounting management has been extended over the years to all construction processes (primary network, secondary network, FWA...), making the Project+ solution one of the core software packages within Network Development processes, capable of bidirectional communication with all the tools in use.
