The concept design is born from the client's request to enhance the historic family headquarters built, starting from the 1950s, in an area between the Lambro river and the ancient "il Gambero" tavern. The desire (expressed by the founder Fulvio Bracco in the post-war years) to preserve the farmhouses lays the foundation for the development of the project concept: reconnecting the past and the future through the restoration and valorisation of both the historic site and the ancient farmhouses. This is how the "Bracco Campus" idea is born: a system of open spaces designed to connect the multiple company functions and general services in an environment full of history and respect for nature.

The new Headquarters of Europ Assistance (a company of the Generali group) occupies three of the five office floors of the U15 building, within the Milanofiori Nord sector in Assago.

The new Covestro Headquarters is located inside the Production Hub of Filago (BG) which covers an area of about 700,000 square meters. The project involved the redevelopment of the existing Building 2101 and its expansion with the construction of a new office building.

Realization of new administrative offices on the first and second floors for the headquarters of an important Sienese pharmaceutical company and installation on the second basement floor of the technological equipment for the production and treatment of primary air.

The project, located into the A Tower of Unicredit Building in Porta Nuova, introduces Smart Working according to the new Unicredit organizational standards, adapting the existing layout to new work requirements, which include a reorganization of the operating locations with a sharing coefficient and introduction of worksettings that support alternative, collaborative, and individual work modes.

The Viale Chiese 72/74 intervention provided for the architectural, structural and plant requalification of a building built in the early 1980s of poor architectural quality for office use.

The design of the new offices of a major SIM in the Unicredit group is characterized by the care of materials and details.

The intervention has provided the renovation, with elevation of the top floor, of the building owned by Antirion SGR S.p.A. located in Viale Don Luigi Sturzo, Corso Como corner redeveloping a building built in the early 1970s.

The intervention has given birth to a modern, energy – efficient building with a strong architectural impact.
