The new Pioneer office design is based on a thorough study of functional requirements and corporate identity features. The new offices are located within the Unicredit complex of Porta Nuova and occupy the floors from the 17th to the 21st of the Tower B. The interior design enhances the curved shape of the building with the introduction into the central corridor of a ceiling suspended ceiling lowered wood and a corrugated core coating, made with a boiserie in the same material.

The operating spaces are predominantly in open space; closed offices and meeting rooms are completely enclosed in glass walls partially covered by a drawing film. The board room, covered in white lacquered panels, is characterized by a large teak table on which a false ceiling in a wooden panel resembles the pattern of corridors arranged according to the elliptical geometry of the table
All the elements of the design that define the identity of Pioneer offices have a reference to the company brand: the jetty, the sails, the teak deck of the boat.
