Since 2017, we have supported the Client in the implementation of its PoP network by delivering the following services:

  • site research on the entire national territory
  • preliminary engineering design
  • authorisation procedures for the transformation of the sites identified in Point Of Presence
  • execution engineering design of the individual sites
  • project management for the development of the various sites and the roll out of the multiple activities across all regions
  • safety coordination during the design and execution phases for each POP site
  • construction management and acting project manager for each POP implementation activity
  • supervision of the works for each of the infrastructures that have been built
  • final acceptance testing and commissioning of each individual site.

We have supported our Client in the maintenance and implementation of the POP infrastructures by defining the technical specifications for the various types of sites being created. We have managed upgrading, revising, and implementing the infrastructures built to constantly keep them up to date, monitor them, and make them efficient in terms of the multiple services provided.

We have provided assistance and expertise for the drafting and presentation of environmental documentation required for the operation of PoPs and their generators and have provided specialised engineering and project management services for the construction of new PoPs integrating existing systems.

We have also been in charge of installing energy-saving systems, such as free cooling and photovoltaic equipment, on the existing PoP infrastructure to upgrade and improve efficiency. We have performed more than 260 activities, ranging from constructing new sites to implementing and expanding existing sites.
