Since 2010, we have been involved in the implementation of the Vodafone Customer Core Network Centres by providing the following services:

• preliminary engineering design
• authorisation procedures for the transformation and upgrading of existing core network stations
• execution engineering design of the individual sites
• project management for the development of the various sites and the roll out of the multiple activities across all regions
• safety coordination during the design and execution phases for each core network site
• construction management and acting project manager for each core network site implementation activity
• supervision of the works for each of the infrastructures that have been built
• final acceptance testing and commissioning of each site

We supported the Client in maintaining and implementing their CORE NETWORK infrastructures by updating, revising, and implementing them to keep them up-to-date, monitored and efficient in terms of the variety of services provided.

We provided support for the environmental paperwork necessary for the operation of the CORE NETWORK sites and their generator sets, delivered specialised engineering services for the construction of new POPs to complement the existing ones, and handled the installation of energy-saving systems such as free cooling and photovoltaic equipment on the various existing POPs to improve their efficiency.

We have performed more than 70 activities, ranging from constructing new sites to implementing and expanding existing sites.
