The project implemented a Building Automation and Control System (BACS) in five school buildings in the Municipality of Borgo Valbelluna.

The work involved the installation of building control, automation and technical management functions for the "Heating Regulation" service, which applies to the thermal equipment used in each individual block.

The most appropriate measures have been executed to guarantee class B "ADVANCED" control, in compliance with the EN 15232-1:2017 standard, which includes systems controlled by a BUS automation system (BACS/HBES) and also networks equipped with the centralised and coordinated management of functions and individual installations.

The installed modular heat generator is managed by software and optimisation algorithms, which are applied by the Enerbrain system in communication with the on-board electronics of the generator.

This type of control allows the regulation of the heat transfer temperature being generated as a function of the heat load, taking into account outside conditions and the inside temperature values registered in the monitored and controlled environments.

The emission system is equipped with IoT-operated valves with integrated temperature sensors and remote control, all of which combine to form the environmental control system.
