TUNNEL INSPECTIONS WITH SINFONIST

Inspections in complex environments like tunnels often present challenges related to the use of paper documentation, limited connectivity and the complex management of non-conformities. The Audit module of Sinfonist, part of our modular software suite for infrastructure lifecycle management, provides an innovative solution to address these issues.
To digitalize inspections, we directly used the mobile Audit module in the field, through checklists and integrating photos and documents in real-time. The offline mode allows for uninterrupted work even without a connection, with automatic data synchronization once the network is available.
Furthermore, the digital management of non-conformities enables smooth communication between all parties involved, allowing for the tracking of each issue from its initiation to resolution, thus improving control and transparency throughout the process.
