For five years, we provided our Client Huawei with expertise and know-how in the areas of Planning & Programme Management, Engineering Design Supervision & Control, and Permit Management for the entire "Wind Building The Network" project. 

Thanks to the skills of our resources, we were entrusted with the management of the entire lifecycle of the construction of Base Transceiver Stations, coordinating and managing engineers and contractors: 

from site acquisition to design, from permitting to the execution of the works, from the interface with the end customer to the management of the financial statements, including the monitoring of the construction quality and KPIs, all in compliance with the specifications required by the Client. 

We performed on-site inspections, meetings with public authorities and energy managers, worksite audits and steering committees with the Network Management of the Client to manage over 2,000 Radio Base Stations spread across the territories of Lazio and Tuscany.
