DBA GROUP ACQUIRES 60% OF PROYECTOS IFG AND ENTERS THE SPANISH MARKET

DBA Group has completed the acquisition of 60% of the shares of the engineering company Proyectos IFG, based in Las Rozas de Madrid in Spain.

With this transaction, carried out through the operating company DBA Pro., DBA Group implements the objectives set in its 2023-2026 Industrial Plan, which includes non-organic revenue growth, partly driven by acquisitions in the European market.

In the governance of Proyectos IFG, Alberto Fernandez Guerra and Ignacio Fernandez Guerra remain as CEO and Board Members. They are joined by Raffaele De Bettin as Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with Marco Politi and Sacha Busetti as Board Members.
