ACQUISITION OF SERTECO SERVIZI TECNICI COORDINATI SRL

Acquisition of 100% of Serteco Servizi Tecnici Coordinati Srl.

To implement the strategy outlined in the Plan, the Group has acquired the Udine-based company, with which it has collaborated since its inception in 1991, primarily in the telecommunications sector. Serteco will also be the operational company of the Group in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and will be able to undertake business development actions in sectors that are receiving significant investments for the energy and ecological transition.
