WELFARE PROJECTS: FLEXIBLE BENEFITS TO THE COMPANY
The first organic corporate welfare project kicks off, which, in line with the goals of the 2023-2026 business plan, aims to enhance human capital. The new welfare plan stems from listening to the company's employees and collaborators, with a survey involving almost all resources, and includes the launch of a "flexible benefits" platform.
"A clear picture emerges from the responses outlining people's growing interest in concepts of work flexibility and reconciliation with personal life. The decision to launch our first organic welfare plan," commented Raffaele De Bettin, "stems first and foremost from the desire to give due recognition to the daily commitment of our people to the growth of the company.
