RAI: DESIGN ACTIVITIES START

RAI: The design activities by DBA PRO have formally started. who, in addition to the development of a part of the classic engineering services, will have the managerial responsibility of the entire design phase according to the most innovative project management methodologies. These activities will be supported by BIM modeling for the progressive management of project information, work scheduling, safety and future construction in different scenarios.

In August DBA PRO., in a temporary grouping of companies with the architecture and interior design studio ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel together with specialized companies such as Faces engineering for structural aspects and new facades, VDP and ALFA for environmental aspects, GSE for fire prevention, has recived the assignment of architecture and engineering services for the design of technical and economic feasibility, definitive, executive, the coordination of safety in the design phase, for the intervention of environmental remediation and complete redevelopment of the headquarters of the RAI general management.

The ambitious project for the integral regulatory and functional redevelopment of the historic RAI headquarters in Viale Mazzini in Rome, with the creation of new spaces, greater comfort for people, according to a design based on the principles of sustainability, will make the building highly innovative and has among other things the objective of obtaining the LEED and WELL certifications of the highest standard.
