DBA GROUP RENEWS HIS MEMEBERSHIP WITH AIS

The DBA Group’s journey within AIS, the Sustainable Infrastructure Association, continues. As a company dedicated to services supporting the life cycle management of works and infrastructures, we are well aware of the economic, environmental and social impacts of the conception, design, management, decommissioning and revamping of infrastructures.

In 2015, the UN outlined global goals to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. Among the 17 Goals identified, Goal 9 explicitly refers to the theme of Industry innovation and infrastructure, i.e. the relationship between the commitment to build resilient infrastructure using innovation and ‘equitable, responsible and sustainable industrialisation’. It follows that the strengthening and modernisation of infrastructures become the main drivers for sustaining over time the delivery of those services – energy and water supply, security and justice, transport, waste management, data management and storage – that foster economic competitiveness and improved social welfare.
