DBA AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES FOR OPEN FIBER NETWORKS'

The Group was awarded the Project Management Office activities for the strengthening and resilience of Open Fiber's network throughout Italy.
Activities will be provided to support Open Fiber in various areas: project governance, planning and scheduling of activities, analysis of risk areas, and implementation of actions aimed at cost and schedule compliance.
Project documentation management and reporting will be made possible through the use of the Sinfonist software suite, developed by DBA PRO's ICT division.
