CERTIFICATION OF THE RAI MAZZINI HEADQUARTERS IN ROME

The executive project for the redevelopment of the RAI headquarters at Viale Mazzini 14 in Rome has received official validation from RINA Check S.r.l., confirming the technical compliance of every aspect of the plan. This milestone follows the approval from the Public Works Office obtained during the definitive design phase.

As the lead firm, DBA PRO. coordinated the design team, collaborating with ACPV ARCHITECTS (Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel) and top Italian engineering firms. Covering an area of 37,600 sqm, the project aims to modernize the 1960s building with a sustainable, innovative approach focused on well-being and biophilia principles.

The building will receive LEED and WELL certifications, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and comfort. The adoption of BIM and DBA PRO.'s digital expertise will ensure high quality and efficiency throughout the building's lifecycle, supporting sustainable management and maintenance.
